Delete your Avtar'lo account
Avtar'lo — electronics auction, Buy Now and wallet app (developer: Avtar'lo, package com.avanya.avtar)
You can ask us to delete your Avtar'lo account and the personal data linked to it at any time.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to ssvds406vds@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Avtar'lo account".
- Send it from the email address registered on your account, so we can confirm it is you.
- If your wallet has a balance or you have an open order, tell us how you want the balance refunded. We settle it before deleting.
- We delete your account within 7 working days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
- Your name, email address, mobile number and password.
- Your saved delivery addresses.
- Your bids, wallet details and app activity linked to your account.
What we keep, and for how long
- Invoices, order and payment records needed for tax and accounting law (GST and income-tax rules) are kept for up to 8 years, then deleted. They are not used for anything else.
- Records of a payment dispute or fraud check are kept until the matter is closed.
